Homemade Pizza!

Hello Everyone welcome to my Blog!

I believe homemade pizza's taste so much nicer than shop brought.
So here is my recipe on how to make a pizza!

Please follow Jamie Oliver's guide on how to make pizza dough!

Once you have made the dough, set aside in a cool place to allow for it to rise. In the mean time roughly chop up 1 red onion and garlic and fry in pan till golden brown.
Next add an tin of tomatoes and cook for 10 minutes.

Once your dough has risen, flour and roll it out using a rolling pin. Then add your tomatoe sauce, cheddar cheese, mozzarella and extra topping.

Pre heat oven to 200 degrees and cook pizza for 15 minutes.
Once out of the oven garnish with basil and olive oil.

Tomatoe & Caramelised Onion Tart.

All the ingredients to make the tart topping.

Hello and welcome to my Blog!
Today I decided to bake a Tomatoe and Caramelised Onion Tart. It is delicious and is very easy to make!

 Ingredients
3 large ripe tomatoes
A handful of cherry tomatoes
1 red onion
2 spring onions
2 gloves of garlic
2 sprigs of rosemary
A handful of basil leaves
2 sprigs of mint
Olive oil
1 teaspoon of salt & pepper
1 sheet of pre rolled puff pastry

optional extras
dried mixed herbs
chilli flakes
dried oregano

Hand picked from my garden
To begin, I started with making the caramelised onion chutney. I heated olive oil in a frying pan and added chopped red onion, spring onion and some cherry tomatoes. I allowed this to cook down and stirred occasionally for 15 minutes until golden brown.

I then preheated the oven to 200 degrees and lined a tray with baking paper. I cut the puff pasty into a circle shape and placed on tray.
I then lightly scored pastry with a fork to allow for it to rise.

I placed the caramelised onion in the middle of the tart and topped with sliced tomatoes. I baked this tart for 20 minutes till nice and golden brown.

To make the olive oil dressing I chopped up basil, rosemary, mint and garlic and used a pestle and mortar to grind these down into a paste.

Once out of the oven I drizzled the dressing over the tart and garnished with extra basil and seasoned with salt and pepper!

This tart is lovely as a light lunch or snack and tastes very fresh.

Neon Pink: fashion/beauty Haul.

Hello welcome to my Blog :)
I thought I would share some of the purchases I brought while on holiday in Sydney & online.

The first item I brought was online from Miss Selfridge. It is a beautiful neon pink blazer! I have been looking for an item like this to incorporate a pop of colour to my winter wardrobe! I believe that this Blazer would look great with jeans and a simple white vest top or you could dress it up for an evening look with a pretty dress and heels!

Whist in the airport I brought one of my favourite perfumes.
Vera Wang Princess! This scent has notes of water lily, lady apple, mandarin meringue, and golden apricot.  Its a versatile scent which I believe can be worn in any season.

Next is the tried and tested Lee Stafford hair treatment. For "hair that never grows past a certain length".
This is a great leave in hair treatment that smells lovely. I have definitely seen a difference in the quality and strength of my hair while using this. I would recommend this treatment for anyone who is trying to grow there hair.

Lastly are the two products that I purchased in Victoria Secret! These were the Red Plum and Freesia Fragrance Mist and Vanilla and Coconut Hydrating Body Lotion. Yes they are as yummy as they sound!

I hope you have enjoyed seeing the products that I brought.
